Board of Directors

Diana J. Bishop, PMP - President
Principal Consultant / Program Manager, Edgewater Technology
Diana Bishop has nearly two decades of experience across the spectrum of project and program management. As a Principal Consultant and Program Manager in the Healthcare Practice of Edgewater Technology, Diana focuses on helping healthcare organizations optimize the value of their clinical and operations data to enhance decision making, achieve greater operational efficiencies and improve patient outcomes. She has led strategy and implementation projects for hospital networks, healthcare payers, pharmaceutical and biotech organizations and medical device manufacturers. Prior to joining Edgewater, Diana was the PMO Director for a consulting firm serving clients in the health and human services sector and a Senior Manager with Accenture. She served as President of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Mass Bay Chapter for 2008-2009 and is the current President of PMI's Healthcare Specific Interest Group, with nearly 2,500 members worldwide. Diana is an adjunct faculty member for the Certificate Program in Project Management in Health Care at the Harvard School of Public Health.

Shaun Wilde, PMP - VP
Business Strategist for Hewlett Packard
Ms. Wilde joined HP in 2001 and has led a variety of international projects including start up businesses and technology commercialization. As a business consultant, she helps medium size practices streamline their operations with the use of lean methodologies and project management fundamentals. She is a recognized public speaker to local and international audiences. Wilde is the vice president of marketing for her local PMI Eugene (Oregon) Branch. Wilde plans to increase the opportunities for connecting Healthcare SIG members through developing new international and local events. Sandy Huk, PMP - Secretary
Project Manager, Trinity Health, Farmington Hills, MI
Sandy Huk has over fifteen years of progressive healthcare project management experience. She is a Project Manager in the PMO at Trinity Health, which is the 3rd largest Catholic owned healthcare system in the United States.

Her broad Project Management experience spans clinical application, information systems infrastructure as well as healthcare construction. Sandy has successfully implemented a multitude of large scale enterprise wide and hospital specific IT healthcare projects including, but not limited to McKesson, QuadraMed and Cerner full CPOE, McKesson Cardiology and Radiology, Heartlab CPACS, enterprise wide CCOW, Physician Portal, Board web site development, PeopleSoft Financials, Materials Management and HR, and TSM/HSM/SAN projects for various healthcare systems. Michael Allman, RT(R),PMP,CIIP - Treasurer
Cardiovascular Key Account Executive, Agfa Healthcare
Michael Allman’s background includes over 15 years of clinical experience in Radiology/ Cardiology before he moved into Project Management and Clinical Informatics. He has over 8 years of project management experience with a consulting company he formed before coming to Exogen. Michael has managed a number of large healthcare IT projects at facilities nationwide and has implemented applications from GE, Meditech, McKesson, Fuji, Misys and Siemens to name a few. He has managed budgets ranging in size from $3-$36 million dollars. He was responsible for the finances of 2 companies he founded including payroll and tax filings. Michael is also a member of SC Midlands Chapter of PMI.

Ruth Weed, PMP - Director of Communications
Ruth Weed, MT(ASCP), PMP is a nationally certified healthcare professional with more than 20 years of experience in Healthcare and Information Technology (IT). She has held positions in hospitals, research, government, and commercial organizations on the care giver and IT provider side. Some of the more than 200 world class healthcare organizations she has worked with include Inova Health System, Bon Secours Health System, University Pittsburgh Medical Center, Aurora Healthcare, TriCore Reference Laboratories of New Mexico, Alexandria Health Department and Covance (contract research organization). She began her IT career as a quality assurance software tester, beta coordinator and requirements engineer on clinical applications, moving onto systems management, product management, business management and strategic planning in both clinical and financial healthcare applications. She has held positions with QuadraMed Corporation, Misys Healthcare Systems and Sunquest Information Systems on the healthcare IT vendor side; and managed information systems with products from Cerner, Siemens, Meditech, GE and other electronic healthcare record vendors throughout her career. She is recognized as an expert in Laboratory Management Systems and Project Management within the Healthcare sector. Her most recent experience includes leading a project control team within DHS, and performing budget and acquisition management for a $150M IT program. Ms. Weed's educational credentials include a Masters of Science in Technology Management, Bachelor's of Science in Biology, Masters Certificate in Government Contracting, certificate with the American Society of Clinical Pathology as a Medical Technologist, and she holds an ITIL certification. She is currently a member of the Hospital Information and Management Systems Society and a member of The Project Management Institute.

John Crilly, PMP - Director of Education
John Crilly is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in the healthcare, construction, information technology / systems, aviation, military, telecommunications, wireless and education industries. In total he has been leading projects for over 14 years and PMI certified for nearly 5 years. He completed two degrees in Avionic Systems & Technology, and Instructor of Technology and Military Science. Achieved certifications as Project Management Professional (PMP), Master Instructor and others. Now he is working to complete a business degree and his Six Sigma Green Belt certification. During the past 5 years, he focused on implementing technological advances in the hospital setting. So far, he has helped multi-hospital teams implement the latest technology in their Radiology, Cardiovascular, Financial, Materials Management, Quality, Electronic Health Record, Anesthesia, Respiratory and Laboratory areas. In addition he has volunteered for 3 years as the Director of Roundtables for the Montgomery Chapter of PMI. This has given the local community a training program which improves how they apply PMI methodologies as they perform their projects.

Jeremy Fortier, PMP - Director of Events

eremy Fortier joined Duke Realty Corporation in 1999. Duke specializes in the ownership, management and development of office, industrial, and healthcare real estate. In terms of market capitalization, Duke is the largest publicly traded, vertically integrated office/industrial/healthcare real estate company in the United States. Jeremy's focus is Healthcare and he and his team have successfully delivered several Medical Office and Outpatient facilities including ASC, Imaging, Cardiovascular Diagnostic & Treatment, LTAC, Medical-Surgical-Radiation Oncology, Women's Health, Diabetes, Occupational & Physical Therapy, Multi-Specialty Doctor groups, Fitness Facilities and Sports Medicine. Jeremy holds a Masters of Project Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Environmental Engineering. Jeremy is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a registered Engineering Intern (EI), LEED® Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C), holds an ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) and an Indiana Real Estate Sales Person License. As Director of Events, Jeremy plans to help increase attendance and foster networking opportunities for Healthcare SIG member at both National and Regional events. Josef Spencer, MBA, PMP - Director of Membership

Josef Spencer is a talented and highly accomplished Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Project Management Professional with a strong programming and vast Information Technology background. He has 25 years of successful, progressive experience in various high volume healthcare sections providing innovative solution development and is recognized as a hands-on, proactive leader who can rapidly identify business problems and processes, formulate tactical plans, initiate change and implement effective programs in challenging and diverse environments. Josef offers a rare combination of superior interpersonal skills coupled with in-depth clinical and financial systems' understanding. He has proven success in completing deliverables on time and within budget, holds high personal standards, and consistently achieves objectives. He is currently a Site Director with McKesson, Inc. at Grand River Hospital located in Kitchener, Ontario.

Mike Jenkins, PMP - Director of Technology
Managing Director of Quilogy Healthcare National Practice
Mike Jenkins has over 25 years experience architecting, developing, and implementing solutions for organizations in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Mike is a hands-on technologist experienced in healthcare, finance, defense, manufacturing, training, and retail industries. Mike has built a team of technology consultants and served as the Physician's Portal and Secure Messaging Product Manager for a CIS vendor. His application development experience includes CPOE, Clinical Portals, Patient Portals, Secure Messaging, HIM, Interoperability, and NEDSS for State level health departments. Other applications and clients include: A new payment method for a major credit card company; A custom content management system and flagship websites for a major NY based stock exchange; A warehouse management system for major consumer products companies; A financial management system; and Computer-based training for the US Military and most major airlines. Mike holds a BS in Computer Software and MBA in Technology Management. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Rational Consultant (RMUC), a LEAN Black Belt, and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS). He is fluent in most methodologies and teaches the PMP Certification course at Chattahoochee Technical College in Atlanta. Mike is an active member of HIMSS, HL7, MSHUG, and the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Rami Haddad, PMP - Past President
Healthcare IT Project Manager
Rami has over fourteen years of experience managing complex projects,implementing information systems, defining technology strategy, andanalyzing governance structure. He has full life-cycle experience in projectplanning, plan execution, and financial management. He compliments projectmanagement experience with comprehensive knowledge of technology governance,outsourcing, and integration. He has managed projects nationally acrossmultiple healthcare organizations in medical academic institutions,integrated delivery networks, and hospices.
